Super quick quesadillas!

These chicken quesadillas are a quick, easy and the best way to use leftovers!

Ingredients:

Chicken (or any other meat you have at hand)
Cheddar cheese (marble is the best)
Diced Tomatos
Diced red peppers
Diced Onions
Diced Jalapeno peppers
Cilantro
Tortilla shells

Put one tortilla shell on the frying pan, add a base of cheese then add the rest of ingredients and top it all off with more cheese and another tortilla shell. Leave for 7 minutes and voila you are done and ready to dip in some sour cream and guacamole!
